Dr. Scott Shiffer, B.H. Carroll’s Director of Instructional Services and Resident Fellow, has been named by the Center for Digital Education as one of the Top 30 Technologists, Transformers and Trailblazers across America.
A pioneer in education technology, Dr. Shiffer was recognized for his vision and commitment to help students thrive in online classes. He is among the country’s top “education leaders who have transformed learning through the innovative use of technology,” according to the Center for Digital Education website.
