Tuition adjustment slated for Alpha 2021

Irving, TX – B.H. Carroll was founded on a commitment to provide quality, accredited theological education to students at a rate significantly more affordable than other seminaries. Every student at Carroll pays a reduced amount in tuition—about one-third the cost of most ATS-accredited seminaries—because of donations from churches, families, and friends of Carroll.

Institutions, however, are sometimes faced with increased operational costs and must raise tuition as a result. This letter is to inform you Carroll will be increasing its tuition beginning in the Alpha 2021 term.

The increase in tuition is as follows:

  • Masters Students – $315 to $350 per unit
  • D.Min. Students – $1750 to $1925 per semester
  • Ph.D. Students – $2250 to $2660 per semester
  • Technology fees for all degree programs will increase:
    • For masters, from $85 to $95 per term
    • For doctoral, from $170 to $190 per semester

We are sensitive to the financial needs and concerns of each student. Accordingly, we have made available a number of limited scholarships for students with the greatest needs. Scholarships may be applied for through the Office of Admissions. We are honored you have chosen B. H. Carroll Theological Institute to be your partner to equip you for the ministry God has called you to complete. Know you are in our prayers and we are here to aid you in any way we can to support you on your journey of faith and ministry.

If you would like us to speak with someone about how they could support students like you while at Carroll, please let us know. We will be happy to speak with them so we can continue to offer theological education at a reduced cost. Also, if you are in ministry, ask your church or ministry to invest in your training through Carroll. They will benefit from every course you take.
