Dr. Bill Bryan, Resident Fellow, Teaches at St. Petersburg, Russia

Dr. Bill Bryan accompanied by his wife Deborah spent two weeks in residence at St. Petersburg Evangelical Theological Academy. The first week, Dr. Bryan led twelve master’s students in a study of Old Testament Theology. The following week, he taught a study of the Books of Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.

The Academy is a partner with Carroll Institute and shares the vision to equip “men and women called to serve Christ in the global and diverse ministries” of Russian evangelical churches. Dr. Jim Spivey, Senior Fellow at Carroll, initiated the teaching program partnership at the Academy earlier this year. He taught courses on The Reformation and Leadership. Dr. Sam Carmack taught Hermenuetics and a course on “The Problem of Suffering in Six World Religions” in May.

Dr. Bryan is the third professor to participate as a guest professor from B. H. Carroll to the Saint Petersburg Academy. We are grateful for the opportunities God is opening around the world for our expanding teaching ministry.
