Carlos Pacheco-Collado, Faculty Spotlight

Carlos Pacheco-Collado is a B. H. Carroll Faculty member for our Hispanic Theological Education Program. He also serves as the pastor of the Central Hispanic Baptist Church in Wharton, NJ. We are grateful for Carlos’s commitment to following God’s calling on his life and faithfully teaching God’s word. We invite you to get to know Carlos!

When did you first hear about Carroll?

I heard about the Seminary through fellow Seminary professors about four years ago.

How has Carroll impacted your life and ministry?

The experience with the Hispanic program work team has been extraordinary. Communication, respect, and professionalism are the norm. I am very blessed to be a part of B. H. Carroll.

Do you have a favorite quote or book?

Phew!! I am fascinated by reading, especially books on Church History, Contemporary Theology, and Apologetics.

What is one interesting thing about you?

I am a Taekwondo teacher and love teaching and training young people in the discipline.

What do you enjoy in your free time?

I go out with my wife for walks and exercise in the afternoon.

What is one thing God is showing/reminding you right now?

I continue to be impacted by His grace and love.
