B.H. Carroll Theological Institute cordially invites its students, faculty, and staff, and members of its supporting churches to view its 2021 Spring Convocation and Graduation Ceremony online on Friday, May 28, at 7 p.m.
This year’s convocation and graduation celebration will feature a keynote address from B.H. Carroll President Dr. Gene Wilkes. Thirteen graduates will receive degrees and certificates—one Doctor of Ministry degree, 10 master’s degrees, and two ministry certificates. The ceremony will also feature two inductions into Delta Epsilon Chi, the honor society for the Association of Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).
The graduation will also feature performances by the Singing Men of Texas.
The graduation will be broadcast in two locations. To view the convocation and graduation, go to YouTube or Facebook Live (the broadcast will not be active until May 28 at 7 p.m.).
Administrators at B.H. Carroll decided to again conduct a “virtual graduation ceremony” due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wilkes said he is hopeful, with businesses and churches reopening and moving to full capacity, that this ceremony will be the last virtual gathering.
“We are anxious to return to normal and host our next graduation in person where we can enjoy the warm fellowship of God’s people and celebrate the achievements of our students face to face,” he said.
