Dr. Sam Carmack, a Carroll Resident Fellow, recently traveled with his wife, Nancy, to St. Petersburg, Russia, to teach two courses and participate in the graduation ceremony at the St. Petersburg Evangelical Theological Academy. The Academy is a partner with Carroll Institute and shares the vision to equip “men and women called to serve Christ in the global and diverse ministries” of Russian evangelical churches. Dr. Jim Spivey, Senior Fellow at Carroll, initiated the teaching program partnership and taught two courses at the Academy earlier this year.
